Incorrect billing charges

I had a Rebull Mobile contract and was switched over to Cell C in June. I was informed that my contract would be the amount of R221.00 VAT inclusive as well as an add on 300mgb of R55, total amount of contract R276.00. <br> <br> At the end of July and August i was charged pro rata for the switch which i phoned and queried but accepted there being a pro rata amount for the switch, but i yet again confirmed with the consultant that my contract was still R276.00 all inclusive.<br> <br> At the end of July and August as per my statements i am now being charged R280.44 VAT inclusive plus R55.00 VAT inclusive, being a total of R335.44 per month. I was informed that i am paying an additional fee of R60.00 for the phone LG, which i was never informed about at any given time. I have been charged this extra R60 for the last 2 months and it will be added to September's account as well.
