Incorrect billing Cellc fibre after migration
I have at the beginning of December been migrated from Blitz fibre to frogfoot fibre as my FNO. The new pricing of Frogfoot for my 50/50mbps is R899.
I received my December invoice and I am still being billed R1199 on the old Blitz pricing instead of R899 on frogfoot’s pricing now that my line have been migrated from Blitz to Frogfoot.
Could you please rectify this incorrect invoice and billing from R1199 to R899 as per Frogfoot's pricing and contact me with feedback.
