Incorrect Billing

I was over charged on my December account. After going in and seeing Johannes at the walk in centre in Woodmead I was assured the probelm will be rectified. I had to keep phoning Johannes to get answers. He only phoned me once to tell me that it had been sorted. I twice asked him for an email confirmation still waiting. Although the account was rectified still to much money was taken and I am still yet to see an invoice/statment as to what was taken. <br> Got Janaury account and again I am being over charged!!!! Problem was never fixed. <br> I have 7 lines with CellC this is disgusting service.
