Incorrect billing

Cell C billed me incorrectly for the month of May. They provide ip addresses for the data used after multiple requests. The data however, is incorrect as the amounts in a sheet with the ip addresses do not match another sheet with the amounts.<br> <br> Regarding the amount under dispute which happened on 29-05-2015 at 05:32:57<br> <br> Please look in the file 'defaultexcel_may_validation' in row 44. It claims that 3.21 GB was used and that R2,852.65 is owed for this<br> <br> Compare it to the same record on the file '*** - may 2015' in row 23996. It says that the service domain is [URL Removed] and that a total (up and down load) of 500 kb were used<br> <br> Please correct your billing mistake
