incorrect billing

I was incorrectly billed, I was given wrong information.when I was sold a product by a cell c consultant. I reported this on hellopeter and the response I also got was also wrong, I wad told I would pay an amount of R2092.70 but when I received a statement it stated that I actually should pay R3046.00 within 7 days. I tried to query this but no one responded to my emails. so I.made a payment on 23/10/15 for an amount of R3100 and on 27/10/15 I was debited an amount of R2800 on top of the amount that I paid. when I called to query this I was told I would be refunded in 14 working days<br>
