Incorrect Billing

Good Day<br> <br> I have logged various calls about being charged for data that should be part of my package. Cell C has confirmed that this was not done and that they will load the discount. The discount was loaded. Step one was done and it was correct. However now that I am querying my account to be credited nobody is getting back to me. I have logged numerous logs with Cell C just to have them expired or closed.<br> <br> Please would somebody assist me in getting the refund as this is the last resort option that I am now following. <br> Your feedback and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
