Incorrect Billing
My contract clearly states R100 static per month on my contracts - yet i was billed R110.00. Please investigate and advise as previously i complained many a time on incorrect billings.<br>

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
