Incorrect Billing
I have signed a 24 month contract with Cell C for a 2 cellphones. I signed for 386 and I was billed 396 without my consent. The contract is ending in 5 months time, I don't understand why I was billed more than what I signed for.

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
