INCORRECT BILLING
I am still waiting for my money to be refunded since Monday, i was ********ly billed extra after i agreed to continue with my cell c account. After being given the run around and getting different stories as to why i was debited more than double what i should have been, i don't see what the delay is, the money does not belong to Cell C, it is my money and i suggest someone contacts me ASAP to sort this out, as i have been very calm but now my patience is wearing thin. It appears being polite gets you no where.
