Incorrect billing

Good day I just recently signed up for a data contract to receive 40G per month. I called into your call center to enquire why my night data is not working and to my surprise and the biggest shock of my life; I owe CellC 7k. When I signed up for this over the phone, I was clear that I wanted to pay R299 for the deal and not the mess that I have been informed about I want this deal cancelled, this is not my 1st contract with CellC and for the very 1st time this is the most ********** service I have ever received

Listen carefully to the voicenotes. I did not ask for open line. I wanted 20gig day and 20gig night. This is unprofessional and customers should be asked if they want open lines and to what limit
