Incorrect Billing

I phoned a week ago to query my incorrect deduction for a data package. The guy said someone would look at my complaint, listen to the voice recording of cancelling one package and taking out another, and phone me back on the Monday. It is now Friday again, and no feedback. Yesterday a lady phoned me from 084145 to promote another data package. I said no thanks, but would like to speak to someone with regards to the error on my account. She said I had to phone 084145 to speak to someone. Then I said yes, that is the number you called me from, can you transfer my call? She said no - I have to phone myself?

Scenario: I gave a month's notice to cancel my 10GB data package, and instead of cancelling completely, I took a R29 topup package of 500MB for the odd occasion I need extra data while travelling. The very next day our data stopped working after my daughter reached the 500MB mark. When I phoned to check if this was correct (as I thought I pay at the start of the month then get 10gig for the month), the guy explained nicely that I pay at the end of the month for what I had used. I excepted then that my last payment for 10GB was end of July FOR July, therefore I will pay R29 end of August FOR August. Cell C still deducted the full amount for my 10GB contract even though we didn't have the privileged of 10GB.

I need a refund please.

If no-one contacts me to correct this, then I will cancel all my mobile and data contracts this months (all top up), and just move my business somewhere else I might hopefully find customer service.

I am hopeful that I will have your attention to resolve this problem.
