Incorrect Billing

On the 27th of July 2017, I took out a Cell C Fibre package which consisted of: • 20MB Uncapped Fibre • First 3 months free fibre • Modem • Fibre Installation • 1 x 3G Simcard free 1 GB each month

On the delivery of the Modem, I noticed that the 3G Simcard was not included with the modem. On the 25th of August 2017, I emailed Cell C to let them know that no Simcard was included in the delivery. Cell C then called me and arranged for the delivery of the simcard which I received a few weeks later. On the 10th of July 2018, I received an email that my 3g contract is going to expire. I called Cell C on the 2nd of August to cancel the contract. (Cancellation reference: ********** ********** 68.) Only to find out that I have in fact 2 x 3G contracts that need to be cancelled. I cancelled both of them. I just received my September statement, and now I am being billed for 2 x 3g accounts. Which is utterly ridiculous, I only ever received 1 simcard. How can you bill me twice? Please refund me the amount due to me for the first simcard which was never received and make sure that both contract are finished and no further charges will be debited off my bank account for the 2 x 3G contracts.

I tried calling cell c directly to sort this out but I go transferred to so many different departments and in the end no one was able to assist me. The 3G numbers for each card are: ********** **********
