Incorrect Bill
Good day I was assisted by the Cell C Team and successfully returned the router that had no coverage but much to my surprise I was billed R250???? For what exactly I am not sure?? The contract for a month was only R200 and the fact that I had this router for approximately 10 days and that it never worked I need this be reversed immediately. I am really getting fed up with the service I have received!!!

29 Sept 2017, 07:58I have been assisted by Palesa regarding the cancellation of this contract.
She arranged for the router to be assessed by Cell C head office ( 15 days later after I had returned it to the Midlands Mall Store) and has advised that i need to wait for the statement to come to me and only then will the bill be credited to me account.
Happy with feedback but she had advised that I still need to contact Cell C AGAIN to reverse billing.
