Incorrect biling

Cell c is a real reap off . When I took my contract I was told I will pay 499 which I was happy with. But that never happened I was billed 702 and 689 when I query why . I am told my line is an open line . Then I'm also told I subscribed to mira I have no idea what is mira . Now I have to pay for something that I am not even sure how it was subscribed. The collection staff is rude . She threaten me that if I don't pay my account will be handed over . My question here is why was I billed incorrectly I am willing to pay I just don't understand why must I pay more than what I agreed for . On top of that I'm told every month that I am in arrears I forfeit my service yet they Will bill me for that month . This is ridiculous being billed for services I didn't even use because of the query they could not resolve . They really take customers for a ride . I then asked for my contract . That one it was a classic they don't have it in their records so how would I see all this conditions that they are now imposing on me . I regret the day I signed up with them . This is day light ******* . Such terrible client service .
