incorrect biling

<p>We took out a contract of 119 a month but every month the amount that we are told to pay is between 172 & 168 when I spoke to the call centre I was told I am 2 months outstanding and there is no explanation as to why the amount is more than what I was told I never receive statements so how come there is no explanation???????????? Worst service ever from CellC the cellphone nr in question is ********** 793</p>
