incorrect biiling

<p>I checked my balance on Saturday and found that my usage was high.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told that this is because of a subscription that I made. I do not recall subscribing to anything other than my calls and data. Apparentely this happens through a pop-up whie I was in the internet. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was also told that this is lawful but to my suprise when I try to look up this thing on the internet, I found nothing. I believe that Cell C is cheating us. </p>
