Incorrect amount taken

<p>I have a Cell C contract currently. There was a previous contract on my account and last two debits had bounced back so there was some money outstanding. I did phone Cell C call center and was given the reference number and amounts to be paid. Payments have been made however the payments have been put towards my current contract hence I was debited less. So I did phone back and asked if Cell C could debit the balance from my debit order and I confirmed on my next debit order that they could debit the money. However the money was not debited and Cell C debited my normal amount so I went into a Cell C store in the Phoenix Plaza and was assisted by Natasha who checked my account and told me that my account was up to date so Cell C did not take extra. I did explain my situation and she checked my account again as I wanted to make sure. Now I have lawyers phoning me stating that I have not made payment which I do understand. Payments have been made so why should I be blacklisted or taken up to the lawyers. There is a debit order running with my account and now I have to pay an extra amount to lawyers and I did have enough funds on my account. I am truly not satisfied at all and definately would not recommend Cell C to anyone if this is how they are going to be treating customers. I can pay what I need to pay to settle my account but I cannot pay extra lawyers fees as it was not my fault</p>
