Incorrect advice costing me money

<p>Good morning</p> <p>Cellc thank you for the call.</p> <p>But the info again today your product doesn’t make sense.</p> <p>Firstly, the information provided to me when the device was installed, provided me with the incorrect information regarding the products. The guys that installed the device at my house name was Lybon he works directly with cellc Fiber department.</p> <p>It was cellc staff that provided the incorrect information.</p> <p>I was told I can choose any package as the first 3 months is free. I said that we are going to be happy with the 20mb/s line and don’t want to change the package after 3 months, he advised that that if fine I can immediately take the package I want.</p> <p>I logged a call via email to ********** with not feedback. Yesterday I logged one on Hello peter and received a call today.</p> <p>This is the information I received.</p> <p>I would have gotten the first 3 months free if I took the high package even if I changed the contract after 3 months to a lower package. When I started questioning the logic behind this the poor lady did not even know what she was talking about.</p> <p>This concept was never explained to me and don’t even make sense.</p> <p>Because of the incorrect advice received from a cellc representative I know must pay an additional R1400.00</p> <p>I am exceptionally disappointed especially because I was provided the incorrect info and now I must pay.</p> <p>I don’t feel this is the way clients should be treated and after 14 years think that it’s time to rather change service provider</p> <p> </p> <p>Helgaard Brits </p> <p> </p> <p> ********** </p>
