INCORECT DEBIT ORDER DATE

I am sooo angry I could burst. Upon signing up my second line at Cell C as a gift for my brother, little did I know I was taking up a never ending nightmare.<br> On the contract I specifically instructed the saleslady that my debit order should be on the 20th of each month, however this debit order keeps running on the last day of the month thus resulting in an R80 extra charge ever since. <br> I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED AND I WANT MY R80's FOR EACH MONTH REFUNDED TO ME!!!<br> This is ridiculous, even upon calling the call centre who never picks up the phone and asking them to change the date coz it inconveniences me...THIS HAS NOT BEEN DONE!!!<br> Cell C is irritating me by employing *********** beings... I hate this...
