Inconvenient service

I went to the carlton centre branch to do a data sim swop but before I got in 3 of the consultants ask me for documentation of which I had my ID and proof of res then they asked for 5 numbers I've dialed but I don't remember any since it's a data sim however they laughed about it when I told them that I don't remember any number.

I wasn't impressed at all and the consultants where two ladies, one had a scar on her face and a dark skinned gentleman with beard.

I'm thinking of porting my number to another network since I also tried calling in also I wasn't helped.
