Inconveniences caused

Cellc is so quick to cut you off as soon as they realize their debit order hasn’t him through, which is understandable. Every song month I have a problem with them blocking my calls , blocking my internet, blocking my WhatsApp. For the past 2 years I’ve been using their contract until November and I was due for an upgrade... I upgraded, after upgrading no one from their agents had told me that they now have decreased their WhatsApp data but will still be paying the same price. I believe I was supposed to be advised of such. I called in last month and they told me that they would fix it for me. Again this month I receive the same text saying I’ve depleted my WhatsApp data..... ?... I call the call center then “ Lindiwe Dlamini” answers and all she could say was “ unfortunately, unfortunately....... “ she did not make me understand. When I asked her I could speak to someone that can help me she told me that she had no team leader on the floor till tomorrow. So I asked what now and all she told me to hang up and call again do I can get another agent that can help me. How rude !!!!!cell has been disappointing me and I regret having to take this contract , they don’t care about their customers, I’m always dissatisfied with them and their service.
