Inconvenience of a network.

Cell C's systems are the worst...I made a payment for my cellphone contract two weeks ago and they suspended my Sim,informing me that I have not made payments,I have sent proof of payments to their *********** consultants,who do not seem to care and recollect previous interactions I have had with their colleagues...I'm so disappointed with the service and not paying attention to detail...I have been paying my contract manually for the past year or two and what ****es me off is the inconsistency of them suspending my account..I think it's now time to change my network, I have taken their bad service for far too long now.
