Inconvenience from Cell C

I sent my niece to buy me a charger at Cell C in Greenacres Port Elizabeth because I was in Hospital at the time, unfortunately it was the wrong one so my friend ended up getting it for me somewhere else.

On the 1st of October 2020 I was discharged from hospital and went to the store on Monday 05 October 2020 to request a refund. I was told that the supervisor was on leave and that I would not be able to get the refund as he needed to authorize it. I pleaded with the consultant that it was difficult for me get to the shops as I needed to ask a friend to take me there.

Today I went back and was told that they would not be able to do a refund as they did not have enough cash at the premises. I told them that it's such an inconvenience for me to go to the shop as I'm in a wheelchair and need someone get me to the shop, but that also fell on dead ears just like the previous time.

Unfortunately had to leave the shop without my money and was told that they would call me when they have enough money.
