Inconvenience
On Monday the 15th August 2022 I lost my phone and called Cell C to blacklist it and get ITC number so I can claim from my insurance. Today is Saturday the 20th and I was told that I will get the ITC within 48 hours. How long is cell C's 48 hours? I cannot open a case nor claim without it. I've been calling Cell C and no one is able to help me. On the 26th the insurance is going to deduct their premium for something I don't have. I cannot even notify my insurance without the ITC. I am inconvenienced by Cell C really!
By the way, your staff is friendly and professional, but I cannot say the same when coming to my problem.

24 Aug 2022, 10:19After this review I went to wonderpark Cell C thinking I'd be helped because I came in person. Apparently my application was not available on their system. I was given an application form for me to fill in and was told that I will get the ITC within 48 hours from the time the application was emailed. It's 44 hours now and wondering if I'll get the ITC in the next 4 hours? I will lodge a complaint at the ombudsman after this. I won't be able to claim my phone because I don't have an ITC number. This means I've been paying insurance for nothing and I have to forfeit my phone due to Cell C being ***********. I am disappointed and inconvenienced by such a big company. Cell C costed me R4000 worth of phone! I trusted you guys and now disappointed.
