INCONVENIENCE

Cell C - I am livid to say the least.

I am very upset , never in over 10 years that I have been using cell c have I felt this defeated. I am always defeated but this time its WORSE. It’s always one story after the other I called in about 5 times trying to get a assistance with a swim swop telephonically their so called “system” will not allow me to get the assistance that i need. I suspended my cell number & blacklisted my phone because I was ****** at gun point on the 19 February I was advised to buy a sim card at any store & call in to do a swim swop but till today it’s has been a useless futile exercise ( for all 5 of my attempts )

It’s never peace of mind with cell c, its either or:

• I get overcharged • They are quick to block numbers • Their agents are impatient • Their system is always down or slow or blocked • Sometimes the wrong number is used for promotions • Their network in many places is poor • Their data is expensive

It’s a mess, I am only still with cell c because its huge administration to have my numbers ported ( Since i have 4 numbers 2 of which are contracts ) – that’s the only reason but one thing they must know I am a very UNHAPPY customer. My whole life has come to a stop because they are failing to help me do a swim swop for a number I have been using for over 10 years.
