inconsiderate service
When a cell c service controller was unable to explain why I had and outstanding amount ,I requested a statement from Cell C reflecting where and why I have an outstanding amount. I was sent a series of random non sequential invoices dating from year 2012. I sent 2 emails requesting assistance, which went unanswered. In the last email I indicated I was happy to pay the outstanding amount if I could get an explanation from someone who is able to read and explain the statement, if I do receive it. I got a response and was told I would get a call within 48 hours. A couple of hours later a NAEDO transaction went off on my account. I still have not received a call but there is the standing debit which I expect to go off at monthend. At no point have I said I will not pay Cell C but I do still want to know how there is an unpaid amount although my latest statement reflects no outstanding amount for no less than 180 days. What cell c is doing is blatantly disrepsectful and I will go further to say it is an abuse of the power given to them to access customer accounts. I do not think its too much trouble to ask for supporting proof since they have also threatened to ruin my credit standing
