Inconsiderate and Desperate

Cell C keeps contacting me after I said that I am not interested in their services for the past two week. I have been contacted 4 times. By the 3rd time I even tried to reason with them trying to make it clear that their wasting not just my time but their own time. Cell C clearly cares more about making a sale then respecting the people they are contacting, which comes off as very desperate.
