incompotent and useless

Highly annoyed with the useless service that cellc provides, cancelled my contract over a year ago paid the amount they requested! now a year later they start debiting my account *******ly withour my permission for no reason at all, i then complain and someone by the name of Maropeng calls me and says cell c made an error and never cancelled it properly, then tells me that he will sort the problem out and ill get refunded for the debits, well this was in novemeber and cell c are still attempting to debit my account wich i decline every month at a cost of R18 each time to me!! i emailed him in january to say problem not solved, well he didnt even bother to respond and i keep getting calls from them about "my cellc account" i dont have a cellc c account!! cell c has an account wich they stuffed up so its their problem not mine, guess what this will probably be ignored aswell. will never take out a contract with them ever again.
