INCOMPOTENT AGENTS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DELAYED DELIVERY.

I had the worst experience with Cell C. On the 12th April I was assisted by Precious P**** who appeared to be nice at the beginning only because she clearly wanted a sale. She then proceeded to PROMISE us that the phone would be delivered on the Friday or Monday. Upon following up for delivery, the Cell C team advised that it was not even validated or approved as yet. Then yesterday the 18th April, we were told that it will be dispatched today, upon calling in AGAIN, we were told it was only APPROVED today and that I would have to wait another 7 days.

Precious also advised that we cannot go into the store, but another agent advised that we could go into a store. Other agents pretend that they cannot hear me and then end up muting me and ending the calls.

Requested to speak to a manager, with apparently NO MANAGEMENT on the floor. This is why these agents are catching on the most **** and are incompotent to do their jobs.

Precious ignored all my emails from the Thursday right up until now and is taking no accountability.

I will not let this **** slide as I have been a Clint with Cell C for as long as I can remember and this time, I will cancel the contract before even receiving this.

They do not deserve my money.
