Incomplete package received!

I did an upgrade with Cell C, and due to me moving between provinces my order was re-routed several times that it finally arrived on the 04/08/2020. My wife received and signed for package on my behalf without checking contents as she had no suspicion that something could be wrong(this is where the endless trouble starts). once indoors after the courier company RTT(first package i received from them on behalf of Cell C) left she opened the box and realised that the tablet that was on the order was not in the box.

I have since the 05/08/2020 been calling the follow up department for upgrades every single day and to date the query has no resolution. I went as far as going to the Police station to complete an affidavit as requested by Cell C and still no resolution.

I just need to know when this query will be resolved of if someone senior in your company can contact me to resolve this issue. If it remains unresolved I will have no option but to return the simcard and watch that was in the box as i will not be paying for something I have not received.
