Incomplete client service
My overall experience with cellc I had a contract with them it ended Nov 2024 and I followed procedure only for them to reverse my cancelletion they sorted out that problem but when I asked the retations department for a paid up latter they said I can't get it because my account was never in arreses currently it still appears on my credit berue that I am paying cellc 200 and it is messing up my score. They just have really bad customer service I will never take out a contract with them I don't recomand it
