Incompitent stuff

Sent my phone for repairs to cellc and was assisted by Palesa who sent my phone to Joburg advising since i have insurance they will repair bt ddnt give me a courtesy phone and advised she doesnt knw whn 1 will b available spoke to manager Siphosonke who was very rude and just laughed at the situation a couple of days later saying phone is stil nt available. 3 weeks later they tell me they cant repair my phone as its out of warranty even though was assured it will be fixed. My phone is my life and i currently dont have a phone for almost 4 weeks now and when i went to the store spoke to a guy called Minenhle who does not know anything about customer service, im so mad and disappointed by the horrendious service i have experienced and to think i have 2 contracts with them is even worse cause this means i will face this again. I do expect a response to this urgently
