INCOMPITENCE OF THE HIGHEST ORDER!!!

Such a useless service provider I have been using cell c for more than 13 years now this previous weekend I lost my phone I tried doing a simswap in store at Liberty Prominade mall they told me my number is not Ricad I even called the cell c call center and gave them 2 numbers I often call using my cell c number *** and they still couldn't HELP ME. Now I'm about to lose all my contacts and business information attached to that number
