Incompitant staff and services

Yip cell c still no bill after countless requests and yet again paid my bill 3 days before due date and again today got a SMS to say my bill is not paid you will suspend my account now I'm told I must mail you to tell you to stop sending sms's. Smart compony that works like that I am beyond annoyed that your staff is so incompitant to do their jobs
