About 4 months ago I got a new phone upgrade for R299 a month. Well when the statement came I was charged for an extra contract for data which was bever mentioned. I emailed my complaint straight away and was contacted that they played the tape znd no nention of a dat contract. I had to stand in the bank to get a signed and stamped bank transactions for them to see that for two months the amounts were taken off my account. I was told a credit will be passed I got a small amount and is still owed just over R400. I was suppose to receive it on the 30th Sept. I am still waiting and have sent two more mails to them and no response. I will.now migrate to another cell provider.
