<p>6 months ago i tried to activate wifi calling but was told that samsung S5 was unable and that i need a S6 or higher. i went and purchased a S6 for R8000.00 and asked Cell C if it was a problem if it was a Vodacom phone, they insured me that it was not a problem. since then i cannot get wifi calling to work, today 6 months later after totally loosing it with them they NOW tell me its a problem as my phone is Vodacom original, WELL DONE Cell C on knowing whats going on ... NOT!!!! .....So again i wasted money because of Cell C. Bunch of incompitant fools!!!!</p>

Disgusting, she contacted me and to calm me down was offered TWO months free service, i counter offered 4 months and 2 contract upgrades, their counter was ONE month on condition i upgrade. SO from 2 months NSA to one month with conditions!!! how the hell does that work??? I know this will go no further cause the lady who gave answers is only one reading this nand will squash it into the floor. yet again CORPORATE BULLIES 1 , man in street 0. BYE BYE cell c, no wonder you had to buy other networks contracts, cause you loosing your own customers, **** SERVICE, **** RECEPTION, **** ATTITUDE, INCOMPITENT STAFF.
