***********, USELESS, DID NOT INSURE MY DEVICE WHEN ASKED

Absolutely useless, atrocious service. I selected insurance on every single device contract I have taken out, I have 3 contracts, and I only recently checked my statements carefully, and realised I am not being charged for insurance for 2 of them. I phone cell c , I am told to phone the insurance people. They, very rudely I might add, tell me I can only add insurance within 30 days of taking out the contract. WHICH I DID AT THE TIME, I SIGNED THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, AT THE TIME, WHICH SOME *********** PERSON DID NOT FILE.

She also cannot add the insurance for me, now I have to go online and APPLY for insurance, AGAIN, for the one device which is still eligible. AND BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE, I HAVE BEEN WALKING AROUND THIS WHOLE TIME THINKING MY DEVICE IS INSURED!

I want my signed documents found that prove that I took out insurance on my devices, and I want my devices insured ASAP.
