*********** UNHELPFULL STAFF

<p>I have been battling since the beginning of Dec 2016 to resolve a problem with my CellC account. I have spoken to and e-mail probably AT LEAST 10 people, one of whom was a teamleader, given numerous reference numbers but have still not received a reply on my query. The names of everyone spoken to or emailed along with dates and reference numbers have been sent on numerous occasions but they are either *********** and therefore unable to help me or the simply don't give a damn!!</p> <p>Maybe Hello Peter will be able to get reaction from somebody at that establishment.</p>
