Cell C responded to my review wanting detail about my query. That’s what should have happened in the first instance, I would not have gone public . But their incompetence left me with no option but to go public with the hope that they will improve their shoddy service. I urge you to go to your emails, check my name & you will find a litany of my emails to you, with your automated responses purporting that I will be contacted anon.
