*********** *******. I have purchased any-net minutes but was given on-net minutes. Tried resolving via call center but they are hopeless and can only unlock puk numbers. The responder of the email was not versed in English and failed to understand simple English and logic. No resolution to an easy problem. They are happy to take your money and give you the wrong product and not worry about correcting their mistake.

11 Dec 2020, 16:22The USSD method. There is no issue in what I bought, I know the pricing is different. The confirmation sms says 240 any-net but the balance shows 240 on-net minutes.
