*********** *******!!!!!!! Worst Service Provider I have ever encountered!!! Do not use!!!!! First they get your debit order date wrong! AFTER YOU CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM TO CHANGE THE DEBIT ORDER DATE! They don't change the debit order date and then charge YOU PENALTIES for bounced debit order. THEN FOR 2 YEARS THEY CANNOT EVEN HELP YOU AFTER MULTIPLE QUERIES LODGED WITH THEM REGARDING THE PENALTIES!!! In 2 years not one person called me back, sent an email NOTHING!!! Then they PERMANENTLY BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT FOR OUTSTANDING PENALTIES WHICH WAS THEIR MISTAKE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! When you call they refuse to put your through to a manager even when they are unable to assist you. Absolutely Ridiculous!!! Blocking my phone has now affected my job because they are too useless to do theirs!!!!
