CellC has *********** staff working under them. They demand payments, yet when it's time for them to work, they slack around. No agent had the decency to tell me that my account was sold to Norman Bissett and Associates. CellC made me make a payment to their account and now they can't locate my information... CELLC HAS BEYOND ****ING *********** STAFF AND THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO ICASA.
