I am utterly disgusted with Cell C they advertise \free Facebook"to Cell C users who are on contract and top up contracts however I have been charged for Facebook on the 01.07.2015 when it should have been free. I have called more than 5 times to the call centre on the 01.07.2015 I have have even spoken to a team leader namely Vuyo I been promised call backs on two occasions on one occasion from Vuyo no one has called me back. I have two contracts with Cell C and have been with them for 4 years I am thinking of ending both contracts. What an unhelpful bunch. I want compensation for my data which have been depleted and I also want free facebook or i will take my business to Vodacom.
