*********** staff at Cell C, bunch of ******s
Customer service agents unable to do their jobs causing their systems to cause customers exstra charges to their bill, escalation department gives ups after trying to contact you to have your query sorted and just ends up robbing you, taking money which Is not theirs, causing customers, stress, inconvenience and financial inconvenience taking money which does not belong to them, sies

02 Feb 2021, 10:17Once agian cell c shows what they think of customers, NOTHING, I requested for a call before 10 am, all they said was noted but Noone called till now, i work, I'm busy I don't have to be running around after companies who stole from me, if this was me and I was in errears I would have debt collectors call me ten times a day, I want my money back, my account cancelled or I'm going to the Ombudsman, kla, you disgust me Cell c
