*********** Staff at Cell C

Is there anyone a Cell C that actually knows what they are doing or is everyone equally ***********??? Right from Legal Department (Legal hahaha ja right) through to allocations. So here goes the story AGAIN.........

I cancelled both my contracts with cell c and moved the one over to Vodacom (Thank goodness for that) after paying those ridiculous cancellation amounts. After that there was a bit of confusion as a debit order went off a month after cancelling it not the same month but the following month, so I reversed the debit order and so the problems started. After being threatened with blacklisting I was handed over to the legal department where after a discussion we figured out where the confusion was, I then went to Nedbank and deposited the amount that was due. I sent through the proof of payment to ********** which was on the 8th of June. After not hearing anything further and another debit order going off....yes another one I queried it with cell c and I was told that they haven't received the payment so after checking what could have gone wrong I noticed the bank used the wrong reference number so I changed it and emailed it back to ********** a few days I queried it with the Legal department and I was told they received payment and it was being allocated and no further debit orders will go off again....so what happens that month end....yes another freaking debit order went off. So after another query to the legal department I was told that it was never allocated blah blah blah and he himself sent it to the allocation department and promised me that no further debit orders will go off. So what happens last night????? ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER went off....what the HELL!!!!!! So you think by changing the reference number you can keep *****ing my money???? So what must I do to get rid of you CELL C????? Now I have to waste my time to go back to my bank and pay R50 again to reverse the debit order. So I will have to now go and consult a lawyer as this is becoming ridiculous.....sort yourselves out, thank goodness I have convinced my family to move from Cell C to Vodacom and I will continue to do so with everyone.

If you want any information you can phone me on ********** 204 as I know you will post here now I must please inbox you this and that.
