*********** staff and poor service

On the 14 September 2015 I went to the store to do a similar swap. Lady helping me didn't greet nor mention her name. She then gave the the wrong for to fill in as I wanted to pay cash for the simple swap. After filling in the documents she told me she wanted to ask a few security questions. Firstly the lady does not know how to read English. Once that was over she asked me for the money. I handed her R200 note as she said that it was R143.00 for the simple swap. No receipt was given to myself as her words were we don't give receipts. Later the evening I get called saying that I must come pay the R100 as she under charged me. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR *********** STAFF. I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS. I MIST OAY FOR HER MISTAKE. I GAVE HER THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF MONEY. SO INSTEAD OF HER CHARGING ME R143.00 she charged me R43.
