*********** staff and incorrect billing

The thing that annoys me even more with Cell C, other than being able to fix my messed up account, is that their collections people will call you, then hang up and then note on your account that you cut a call. Another such incident happened just now, Mbali introduced herself and says she's going to do a security check, she then hangs up and doesn't call me back.. this has happened and I know your scandalous ways.. unfortunately you cannot call back ***. All I want is for Cell C to take responsibility and fix my account
