I paid off my contract in October and I have been requesting for my paid up letter since then. I spoke to Dineo yesterday who was very rude and today I spoke to Keketso both from the legal department. I keep getting empty promises that I will get it within 10mins but till now nothing. the account is still not updated with the credit bureaus.

Can Cell C please hire people that are not lazy and sleeping on the job
