*********** sfaff and poor customer service

I’m very disgusted with the service I’m receiving from cell cell c, I have been their customer for more then 9 years and it turns out that they are ******.

I have purchased a rooter on contract and paying R188 a month , last month I payed my R188 as per the agreement and they debited my account again in the very same months, I then inquired and I spoke to A Mbatha who then requested for proof of payment of which it was sent to *** . Did a follow up spoke to another agent who then advised that the payment was not allocated “mind you it was over a week” bug she said everything will be sorted out and she further enquired if I would want my R188 back into my account and I said no they must allocate it to this month’s payment (October) now I woke up this morning they have debited my account again , what bool**** is this? So I’m actually paying triple for this contract? I want my money back into my account
