No star or even minus 5 star would do. About two years ago cell C decided to close my two cell phone contract account by themselves without even notifying me. Then they said I need to pay them over a grand in total because the accounts were closed not by me but by them. So I did start to pay them in monthly payments to keep my name clear. So they'd also decided to hand me over to an attorney to collect the money from me although I was paying them. In 2021 I did make my final payment to them to clear the account and now all of a sudden they contacted me stating that I still owe them. I have sent all the proof of payment to the attorney and to cell c but they keep contacting me. Today after the attorney spoke to me iPhone phone the attorneys head office because he phoned me from his cell phone and I've also phone cell c. The attorney said that they count has been paid in full day did receive my email and they will send me a letter that states that I paid account. I spoke to cell c over the phone they can't even verify on their systems that I am who I say I am and asked me to please verify who I am and then phone them back. I cannot believe the level of incompetence and now I realise why cell c is in trouble financially. They are pathetic and do not know how to do their job cuz if they knew they would have found my profile on the system as I gave them the correct information. I do not wish this level of service upon anybody and recommend no one to subscribe to cell c.
